RETURN & EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfied with Wealthy Mindset Ltd purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unwashed, no body odor or fragrance, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. Please note there are no returns on final sale items.
You'll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs to you are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied on your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please review our return policy for more information. Please note there are no returns on final sale items.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Should you have any issues with the product received, do let us know within 3 days of receiving the product via email at wealthymindsetltd@gmail.com.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded on your original payment method, but please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Also, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Wealthy Mindset Ltd is not responsible for any packages lost in transit once an order has been dropped off at the carrier. If there is an issue where a package is lost, stolen, or delayed, we will contact the carrier and file a claim. If the claim is denied and the package can not be recovered, we will not replace or refund any lost or stolen packages.
