Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee we have the items in your shopping cart in stock. For this reason, if an item sells out, you will be contacted via email or phone about your missing item.
Once we receive your order please allow 1 to 4 business days for processing, excluding weekends and national holidays. All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled.
All orders ship from London, Ontario and may take up to 7 business days to receive your order. After processing is completed and your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to keep updated with your order.
Please note that processing and shipping times may increase during holidays and other peak seasons.
